About Us

We strive to be as efficient for our clients as possible and to prevent distractions while working on matters.  As such, we provide numerous ways to schedule a time to speak with a member of our team  in advance so that we can have the information we need to be prepared to help you, and to make sure the time is a good fit for everyone's schedule.  

Our office as a courtesy will do its best to always remind you of your next Court date but it is the ultimate responsibility of the Client to be aware of all future Court appearances.  The Court can issue a warrant, dismiss your action, or enter a default for failure to appear at your scheduled Court appearances.

You can also email us or text us for an update and we will be happy to provide it for you.  

For all criminal matters including traffic tickets, you must appear personally at all court dates unless specifically told by our office or the Court you do not need to appear.  

All office meetings require a phone call with a staff member prior to scheduling.  If you attempt to schedule an office visit online prior to a phone consult, your appointment will be rescheduled for a phone call at the time scheduled for the office visit.
